Zachary Kamin

As a Director at Third Sector, Zachary leads multi-stakeholder engagements to drive improvements in outcomes for individuals with serious mental illnesses. His portfolio includes the outcomes-focused re-design of $300M+ in outpatient mental health contracts for Los Angeles County, where he supported county leaders to track program effectiveness, enact data-driven continuous improvement processes, and ensure high-fidelity mental health services. Zachary led the California Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC), RAND, and eight California counties to collaboratively build data-driven and user-centered improvements to outpatient behavioral health services. Zachary has also supported San Mateo, San Bernardino, and Fresno County Behavioral Health Departments to re-design and improve operational processes and services for 2000+ adults living with serious mental illness.
