Chelsea is a Manager based in Boston. Chelsea cares about helping organizations integrate the communities that they serve into their decision-making processes in order to improve outcomes-based policies. Chelsea has special interests in how outcomes vary across and are influenced by gender and other power dynamics.
Before joining Third Sector, Chelsea worked as a Senior Research Associate for Wildcat Research and Advisory Services on USAID projects globally. Chelsea has also worked at a variety of development organizations such as the United Nations, Amnesty International and Americorps. Chelsea graduated magna cum laude from both University of California Berkeley with a Masters in Development and Endicott College with a Bachelors in Political Science.
On the weekends, she loves exploring the great outdoors with her Australian Shepherd, Yada.
