Brittany is a Project Manager based in Baton Rouge, LA, with over a decade of experience managing projects and programs across for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Before joining Third Sector, she served as the Senior Advisor and Special Projects Manager for the Bureau of Family Health within the Louisiana Department of Health. In this role, she played a critical part in supporting the Bureau’s Director by providing consultation and technical assistance on key projects aimed at improving health outcomes for Louisiana's families and communities.
Brittany began her career in Secondary Education, where her passion for public service and commitment to underserved communities took root. Driven to broaden her impact, she pursued entrepreneurial ambitions, gaining firsthand experience in leadership and revenue-focused growth. This journey ultimately led her to public health, where her dedication to system-wide change and equity remains the cornerstone of her work, empowering her to create equitable, transformative solutions for communities.
Brittany earned her Master of Business Administration from Southern University and A&M College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University. A proud Louisiana native, she is an avid learner and devoted mom who enjoys fellowship with family and friends over good food, traveling, South Louisiana football season, and strengthening her faith in Christ, which inspires her commitment to service and community.
