Session 1 of the Better Careers Design Group Learning Community covers two essential strategies for conducting meaningful community engagement in the time of COVID-19. First, the Third Sector team discusses a four-step process for developing a diverse list of former participants to engage in design research. Then, we present three techniques for making the most of remote engagement strategies, such as interviews and focus groups delivered over the phone or via videoconference.
