Haley is a Manager at Third Sector based in New Jersey.
Before joining Third Sector, she was a Manager at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she managed a diverse portfolio of projects focused on various education and workforce development initiatives, including scaling the implementation of a suite of digital credentials, building career pathways through registered apprenticeship, providing operational support for the organization's Center for Racial Economic Equity, and supporting various research and strategic planning initiatives.
Haley began her career as a public school educator in New Orleans, where she taught third grade. She has also served as Program Manager at Book Trust, an early literacy nonprofit, and as Online Programs Support Coordinator for the University of Pennsylvania's Online Learning Initiative.
Haley earned an M.S.Ed in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Political Science and French from Tulane University. She earned her Louisiana teaching certification through teachNOLA Teaching Fellows, a TNTP program. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and taking long walks with her dog, Oscar.
