Baljit is an Associate at Third Sector and is based out of California. She is passionate about creating positive and meaningful impacts within our communities and striving to promote equity and inclusion. Prior to joining Third Sector, Baljit served as a Research Assistant at Jobs for the Future. In this role, she contributed to diverse research projects with a focus on equitable advancement for all. Baljit supported State and Federal level initiatives, conducted a diverse scope of research and analysis, and collaborated on quantitative and qualitative studies. In this role, Baljit also led interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders for program evaluations, offering evidence-based recommendations and strategies to clients. Baljit holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from San Jose State University and is proud to be a member of Pi Alpha Alpha. She also completed her undergraduate studies at San Jose State University, earning a BA in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
In her free time, Baljit enjoys going on walks, gardening, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
