Chief People Officer at Arena Analytics
Monique is a strategic Human Resources leader experienced in high-growth fast-changing organizations with expertise in labor and employee relations, employee development, performance management, and diversity & inclusion.
Prior to her current role as the Chief People Officer at Arena Analytics, she served as the Chief Diversity Officer for USAA since April 2017. In this role, she lead the company’s D&I strategy affecting 32,000 employees. She joined USAA in March 2016 as a Human Resources Associate Vice President supporting the Chief Legal Office, Compliance, Risk and Ethics, providing strategic support to Executive Leadership teams. Prior to joining USAA, Monique was Vice President of Human Resources for Materne North America, a French-owned company based in Manhattan, New York, where she supported Senior Leadership Teams across the nation to created short- and long-term talent solutions for the high-growth organization. She started her HR career at PepsiCo where she was an HR Manager in several states and has been the HR Director at MedcoHealth, Cadbury Adams, and Coach Inc. In addition to her HR career, Monique gained legal experience with a civil rights firm and a labor & employment practice.
Monique received her BS from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and her JD/MBA from Stetson University College of Law.
